Abstract [sv]

På vad sätt kan utbildningshistoria och samtidserarenheter befrukta varandra?  I den här artikeln prövar vi att konfrontera bestämt då med ett  lika bestämt nu. Annika Ullman (nedan A.U.) tar avstamp i sitt nyligen avslutade forskningsprojekt om C.J.L. Almqvists som reformrektor för Nya Elmentarskolan på 1830-talet. Mikael Odin, (nedan M.O.) parerar med  egna aktuella rektorserfarenheter av att leda Nya elementarskolan idag.
