Abstract [sv]

Visstidsanställda som utför arbete som är jämförbart med fastanställda får särbehandlas negativt bara om det finns objektiva grunder. Ett uttagningsprov kan visserligen vara en objektiv grund, men måste ha varit möjligt att genomföra.
