Abstract [sv]

Rätten till en god förvaltning kräver att en EU-myndighet hör en berörd anställd innan den fattar beslut som påverkar den anställda. Det fastslår EU-domstolen i en dom som rörde en kvinna som, sedan hon påstod sig ha blivit utsatt för sexuella trakasserier, själv ansågs vara ett arbets­miljö­problem.
