Abstract [en]

The 13th IFIP WG 8.1 Working Conference on the Practice of Enterprise Modeling (PoEM 2020), is aimed at improving the understanding of the practice of Enterprise Modeling. The special focus in 2020 was on the role enterprise modeling in the digital age. Pollowing the tradition established in the previous PoEM editions, PoEM 2020 also featured the PoEM Forum. Its aim is to provide opportunities for presenting and discussing new ideas, challenges, methods, techniques, and tools relevant for Enterprise Modeling. The Forum was organized as an online session where the accepted papers were presented. In order to fuel the discussions, not only the audience could ask questions to the presenter, but also each presenter had the opportunity to raise questions to the audience in order to receive feedback directed to improve the presented research. In total, we received 11 submissions for the Forum. Based on three reviews by members of the Program Committee for the Forum, we selected 6 papers (54% acceptance rate). The seventh paper included in this volume is a summary of the panel discussion that took place at the conference on the topic of enterprise modeling in the digital age.
