Abstract [en]

This book chapter reviews research on the effects of temporary employment and the role of psychological contracts. Empirical studies from Sweden and other Scandinavian countries published during 1992-2003 have been considered and their main findings and conclusions are summarised. Research gaps and unanswered questions are identified, resulting in suggestions for future research.
