Abstract [en]

Efter att EU utvidgades 2004 har allt fler arbetstagare hyrts ut av bemanningsföretag från de nya medlemsstaterna till de gamla. Fram till dess var uthyrning av arbetskraft en relativt ny företeelse i de nya medlemsstaterna. Trots det hade hälften av dem särskild lagstiftning om arbete i bemanningsföretag, och den var i hög grad inspirerad av de förslag som diskuterades på EU-nivå.
