Abstract [en]

One of the profound issues for the future is the extent to which immigrants and their children will become part of Swedish society or remian politically, culturally and economically distinctive. This chapter in a book about the study of transition to adulthood among the adult children of immigrants discusses methodological issues, particularly in the combination of traditionally ethnological/anthropological methods and those of demography.
