Rapporten baseras på en kvantitativ studie genomförd på 5-stjärniga hotell på Cypern med syftet att bedöma kvaliteten på tjänsterna ur gästernas synvinkel samt hur gästernas grad på tillfredställelse påverkar påföljande rekommendationer.
