Marinen som en icke kommersiell organisation, lever i konkurrens, alltså är de beroende av kommunikation på kommersiella villkor. Vi undersöker om marinen som en icke kommersiell organisation har den medvetenhet och kompetens som krävs för att nå hög grad av kommunikationseffektivitet.
