We have identifyed four actors of importance in a company´s value creating process, for a company to schieve in the new economy. These are competitors, customers, complementors and competences. We call this group of actors the strategic constellation. We have developed a model that shows the importance of cooperation and the possibility for a company fo possess multiple roles in a company´s strategic contellation.
