Uppsatsen tar avstamp i konsumentens möte med en produkts design. Frågan som vi ställer oss är hur konsumenten, i dennes skapande av trovärdighet, påverkas av en produkts design. Som exempel på en produkts design har vi illustrerat med hjälp av ett case om förpackningsdesign.
