Vi har studerat Interaktiv Reklam på den grafiska chatten Dobedo. Ur ett uppifrån perspektiv har vi analyserat trepartsrelationen mellan infomediär, företag och konsument i syfte att förstå de värdeskapande processerna och värdeutbytet mellan de tre aktörerna.
