Abstract [en]

The presence of foreign companies and foreign investment in Russia has become an issue of great interest. Several international companies have enhanced their position in the marketplace and established themselves successfully in this vast and potential market. Our thesis is targeted at identifying the key success factors employed by Swedish companies entering the Russian market and outline strategies for entering and succeeding in the Russian market.
