Abstract [sv]

Enligt vår tolkning har vi funnit att det individuella lärandet har avsevärd betydelse för det organisatoriska lärandet. Vi har även fått bekräftat att individens vilja att föra sina erfarenheter vidare i organisationen är av srörsta betydelse.
