Kan Gapanalysen användas till att utveckla kundupplevd tjänstekvalitet genom att uppmärksamma relationer? Resultatet visade att Gapanalysen är avsedd för enstaka händelser, samt gav en djup förståelse av relationens betydelse för tjänstekvaliteten.
