Vi undersöker om ett webbaserat företag kan skapa sig konkurrensfördelar som grundar sig i relationen till kunden. Är det möjligt att skapa en långsiktig relation och på så sätt uppnå någon form av kundlojalitet eller kommer konkurrenterna alltid att finnas endast "ett klick bort"?
