Syftet är att undersöka en organisationskonsults funktion i förändringsarbete. I empirin presenteras resultatet av en verksam organisationskonsult. Teorin består av fyra förhållningssätt till förändringsarbete. Uppsatsen avslutas med en diskussion samt ett förslag från uppsatsgruppen presenteras.
