Denna uppsats behandlar ämnet hur E-handelsföretag i Sverige skall gå till väga för att utöka sin försäljning. Fokuseringen är lagd på fyra huvudproblem: prissättning, kommunikation, leverans och risk/säkerhet. Relationen Business to Customer analyseras genom en attitydundersökning till konsumenter och fem djupintervjuer riktade till företag i branschen.
