Uppsatsen behandlar kundinteraktion på Internet ur ett strategiskt och framtida perspektiv. Vi undersöker vilken inverkan bildtelefoni och video kan få på mötet mellan företag och kund samt hur företaget med hjälp av dessa mötesarenor kan skapa ett produktivt kundmöte.
