Abstract [en]

The thesis treats the partner selection process in International Joint Ventures. The purpose of the thesis is to improve managers´chances of success in the partner selection process. The combination between theorethical and empirical findings resulted in a model that can be seen as a strategic tool for finding the most suitable partner.
