Abstract [en]

The purpose of the thesis is to give the reader an understanding of Spanish businessmen and the cultural traits they share and which characterize them. The aim is to provide a clear picture of this by testing the validity of Hofstede´s research, “the four dimensions” in modern Spain. Has the gap increased or decreased since the original research was done?
