Abstract [en]

This thesis investigates what motivates Spanish middle workers at work and what makes them work more than required. The objective of the study is to determine national differences between Spain and Sweden in work motivation. This is accomplished by comparing motivational factors in Swedish multinational companies operating in Sweden and Spain.
