Denna eminenta studie syftar till att utreda vilka kontextuella påverkansfaktorer som får företag att införa e-handel. Betoning ligger på den massmediala påverkan samt vilka konsekvenser detta medför, för att få stärre klarhet i företagens situation när de implementerar e-handel.
