Abstract [en]

The telecom operator business today is in a state of rapid change. It has been this way the last 20 years. It is crucial for companies in this line of business to avoid mistakes in product and service development. Therefore I found it interesting to investigate how these companies manage their innovation processes. Do they handle the process in a structured manner, and how do they motivate their employees to become creative and share their ideas? How do they measure efficiency in this process?
