The use of international assignments (IA's) represents the key strategic management lever for multinational enterprises (MNE's).International workers are used by MNE's to manage global and local business performance. However,despite the relevant importance of IA's, MNE's seem not yet be able to fully evaluate the benefits associated with their use.
