Abstract [en]

It has become more important for companies to fulfil ethical and moral requirements the last few years. By establishing ethical codes of conduct, which are proceeded by UN:s Universal Declarations of Human Rights, the Rights of the Child and ILO:s conventions, the companies communicate their ethical statement both within the organization and to the outside world. The question is why companies focus on ethical aspects?
