Stockholm University, Faculty of Social Sciences, School of Business.
2002 (English)Independent thesis Basic level (degree of Bachelor), 10 credits / 15 HE creditsStudent thesis
Abstract [en]

This thesis is a qualitative study of how Scandinavian managers cope with the cross-cultural issue in Thailand and how they come to recognize the differences in culture. The purpose is to bring attention to the differences that matters and how they come to this awareness that leads to external and internal change in their behaviour. This information can help managers to assimilate and become successful in managing in a Thai context.
