Med början under år 2001 inledde Posten genomförandet av en stor förändring av sin organisation. Samhällsdebatten kring Postens omorganisering väckte vårt intresse för hur Posten skall kunna säkerställa kvalitetsnivån på den verksamhet som är utlagd på entreprenad.
