Hvad er et varemærke? Et varemærke er meget mere end et registreret navn, en logotype eller et symbol. Eftersom logotypen eller navnet bag et varemærke oftest ikke har nogen relativ betydning udenfor sin kontekst er det ikke helt åbenbart hvad der egentlig menes med ”et varemærke”.
