Abstract [en]

Swedish small- and medium sized enterprises, with limited organizational resources and financial endurance, are facing new challenges when trying to expand their current domestic business to a new venture in the emerging Russian market. Many small enterprises that try to enter the Russian market have failed to survive. This thesis sets out to examine the underlying causes that have enabled a sample of Swedish small- and medium sized enterprises to be successful on the Russian market.
