Abstract [sv]

The private sector has for a long time been influencing the public sector. Many of the most famous ideas in the private sector have with various results been implemented in the public sector. When we pay taxes we normally expect to get something back in terms of schools, childcare, eldercare etc. This relation makes us customers to the society in an economic perspective. But is it possible to use the private term “customer”, or should the public sector come up with its own term for the relation?
