The Russian Business mentality and understanding the nuances of cultural aspects during negotiations. The thesis focus lies on SAS and Pulkovo, a Russian air-transport company. The purpose of the thesis is to examine and make recommendations to SAS, regarding what sort of business and negotiation strategy they should adopt.
