I denna uppsats har vi studerat en omorganisation grundad i managementkonceptet processorientering (Business Process Reengineering). Vårt främsta syfte har varit att förstå hur medarbetarnas motivation, kopplat till arbetet, påverkas av en omorganisation grundad på processorienterings konceptet.
