Abstract [en]

The purpose of this thesis is to explore how actors formulate business models, implement strategies and act in emerging industries. This has been done in an explorative study of how firms in the public Wi-Fi hotzone industry have formulated business models and strategies. The different business models the actors have arrived at have been researched and analyzed.
