This bachelor thesis is a study of International Marketing and the effects and results of decisions made during establishment of three Swedish clothes companies in Germany. The study focuses on three major Swedish clothing companies Hennes & Mauritz, Lindex and J&C . Several interviews have been made with directors and personnel from each company. All personnel chosen for the interviews are well informed about the German market and the company’s decision making.
