Abstract [sv]

Genom en fallstudie har vi i denna uppsats gjort en hermeneutisk tolkning där syftet har varit att få en grundläggande insikt i hur internrekrytering tillämpas i företag samt se internrekryteringens inverkan på företag. Detta för att få en förståelse för varför företag internrekryterar samt de faktorer som kan vara bidragande till detta.
