The topic of our thesis was to investigate what is taken into consideration when companies establish in foreign markets. This has been done through a study of six companies where we focused on their point of view when entering a new country in relation to the literature on the subject. The thesis is presented by the use of three main parts witch is consistently running through the whole investigation, containing why, where and how.
