Abstract [en]

How can key customers be identified for a company that sells products that can be used in almost every type of company in every type of industry? This is the original question that this thesis addresses. The thesis is based on a real case, the Swedish IT-company ReadSoft’s continued expansion in Australia. The thesis attacks this problem from the perspective of the specific firm and the main issue is to give recommendations for this specific company.
