Corporate reputation and reputation management have in the last decades become an integral part of today’s organisations. The difficulties to define and measure corporate reputation have led to the lack of knowledge and information in the area and it is today still an understudied phenomena. Much knowledge can be found in areas that tangent the corporate reputation and reputation management, but as all intangible assets, it still takes time to really understand and manage it.
