This thesis looks upon the topics Growth, Expansion, Internationalisation, Franchising and Brand issues from Coffee shop market perspective. During the nineties the concept of Coffeehouses and Coffee shops with numerous units across the country have been established and expanded. These Coffeehouses has taken over more and more characters belonging to the restaurant business, such as the concept of quick lunch and have grown to be an important social spot of the society. Not many studies have been made around this topic; therefore the importance of doing a study of this kind has been of great interest for us.
