Ambitionen med vårt arbete var att utröna huruvida kundrelationerna kan ta skada av en kundtjänstoutsourcing eller inte. Vi ville ta reda på vilka problem som kan uppstå, vilka konsekvenser dessa kan få samt vad som kan göras för att undvika dem.
