Svenska konsumenters nöjdhet med matvarubutiker sjunker stadigt och konkurrensen mellan butiker i Stockholm City ökar när en allt större del av konsumtionen förläggs till stormarknader med låga priser utanför tullarna. Vi ansåg därför att det vore intressant att undersöka hur matvarubutiker i Stockholm kan öka sin konkurrenskraft och höja sina kunders nöjdhet.
