Swedish companies on the Bulgarian market: A case study of eight companies

This thesis deals with some of the challenges of becoming international and entering a new market in a culture so different from our own. We have chosen to study what entry modes some Swedish companies have used when entering Bulgaria, but also other aspects of going abroad. Bulgaria was chosen as it is a former communistic country in Eastern Europe but also expected to become a member of the European Union in 2007, which makes it even more interesting.
