Vi tar i denna kandidatuppsats upp frågan om hur företag som verkar enbart på Internet gör för att skapa lojala kunder. Detta blir en viktig fråga eftersom Internetmarknaden blir allt mer attraktiv för nya aktörer på grund av den växande skaran av personer som börjar handla på Internet.
