Volvo Construction Equipment is one of the world’s five leading construction equipment manufacturers. The company wants to strengthen the dealers in Latin America and has therefore started a marketing-hub structure in Latin America. The dealers in Europe have been organised in a hub structure for several years and have a stronger market share than Volvo CE in Latin America. The European model is therefore seen as a good model to learn from.
