Abstract [en]

We have in this thesis made usage of a theory base in network and relationship marketing. With usage of tools, such as competitive intelligence, key account management and customer relationship management, we have built a process model for gathering information in business-to-business connections. In addition, there are influences from theory, which determines how this process should be performed.
