Abstract [en]

Process warehouse, a vital component of business process intelligence, plays a vital role in enhancing the capabilities of business process management by storing information about executed business activities, responsible actors, achieved business states etc. Decision makers are not equipped with adequate methods and techniques for using process data managing decisions on business processes. In this paper, we define a decision relationship model, accompanied with a method that facilitates decision-making with the use of the suggested model. In order to demonstrate the proposed model and the approach, we refer to a few example scenarios from healthcare sector. To facilitate the use of our approach we have also developed a prototype tool.
