Abstract [sv]

En forskningsstudie vid California State University, Northridge (CSUN) visar att 88 procent av lärarna i studien oavsett bakgrund, ålder och kön anser att "fake news" är ett stort problem vid universitetet. 93 procent av akademikerna identifierar sociala medier som källan till "fake news". Däremot anser sig en klar majoritet av akademikerna själva inte mottagliga för "fake news".

Abstract [en]

A research study at California State University, Northridge (CSUN) shows that 88% of faculty members in the study, regardless of background, age and gender, consider fake news to be a major problem at the university. 93% of academics identify social media as the source of fake news. However, a clear majority of academics do not consider themselves susceptible to fake news.
