Abstract [sv]

Forskningsstudie vid norska lärosäten visar på ett stort motstånd mot digitala examinationer bland både akademiker och administratörer, trots universitetens incitament och officiella uttalanden som uppmuntrar till användning av dessa. Huvudförklaringen till detta menar författarna är bristen på digital kompetens bland universitetslärarna, som i och med det bromsar digitala innovationer och bevarar den fortsatta användningen av traditionella examinationer.

Abstract [en]

A research study at Norwegian higher education institutions shows a strong resistance to digital examinations among both academics and administrators, despite university incentives and official statements encouraging their use. The main explanation for this, according to the authors, is the lack of digital competence among university teachers, which in turn slows down digital innovations and preserves the continued use of traditional examinations.
