Abstract [sv]

I avsnitt ROA 2023 nr 85 del 2 tas upp i en andra del om JO:s kritik av Statens institutionsstyrelses särskilda ungdomshem. Det görs avstamp i tre aspekter som JO tar upp med anledning av inspektionen. Det gäller fysisk miljö och bemanning vid ungdomshemmet, differentiering av barn i olika åldrar samt kroppsvisitering och ytligt kroppsbesiktning.
